Q: What kind of guarantee do I get? A: As long as the product has a MANUFACTURING flaw, we will gladly exchange the item for a new one. We will NOT exchange items that have been used or is not working due to personal use and or neglect. You have seven days from the date of receiving your purchase to find any manufacturing defects in the product.
Q: Refunds?
A: We will gladly give store credit to any one with a proper return. We do not give cash back.
Q: How do I have a party? A: Thats easy! Just contact us and we will schedule a time for the representitive to bring the party to you! Just sit back, relax and enjoy the fun!
Q: What if you don't carry a product I am looking for?
A: If we don't have a product you are looking for, let us know! We will try our hardest to find it for you!
