 Sales Policy

All items carry a 30 day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise you have purchased, return it with proof of purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt at your option for:

1) Replacement

2) Full credit exchange

3) Merchandise credit certificate.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. This guarantee applies to all of our merchandise except swimwear, panties, and those garments that have been damaged, worn, misused or missing product identification tags. Adult toy return policy is: As long as the product has a Manufacturing flaw, we will gladly exchange the item for a new one. We will Not exchange items that have been used or is not working due to personal use and or neglect. You have seven days from the date of receiving your purchase to find any manufacturing defects in the product. We inspect each item for mechanical or manufacturing defects before the item is given to the customer.

Backorders: On occasion, merchandise that is not in stock may be backordered. Should an item that you ordered need to be backordered you will be notified via e-mail of the approximate delivery date. During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may vary.

Cancellations: You, the buyer, have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your order without any obligation. Any payments made by you will be returned promptly. Any cancellation after the third business day will result in a $15.00 restocking fee.

Return Policy: Each item we ship is carefully inspected for quality and defects. If you feel your merchandise is defective and wish to return it, you will need to obtain a pre-approval return within 3 days of receipt. Call Customer Service at (321) 205-3408 or e-mail info@alwaysapleasureinc.com for a pre-approval return. All returns without a pre-approval return will be refused.

Pleasure Consultants

All pleasure consultants will be able to purchase inventory and items for 50% off the retail price the first 30 days from beginning start date. No matter which kit you have purchased. (Minimum order is $500 retail)

Pleasure consultants that purchase kit c will be able to purchase items and inventory at 50% off the retail price for as long as they are active. Pleasure consultants must have at least one party a month with sales of $500 or more to remain active. All pleasure consultants that do not have one $500 party in 30 consecutive days will be considered inactive unless approved.

All kits and item costs regardless of discount does not include shipping & handling charges.
